Aquilea Sueño Forte comes in an innovative three-layer tablet in which the ingredients are released as and when needed. Falling asleep:
1. The first layer, which is rapidly released, contains 1.95 mg of melatonin to help reduce the time taken to fall asleep*, together with piperine (derived from black pepper), vitamin D and vitamin B6 for a synergistic effect.
2. Maintaining sleep: The second layer is released throughout the night and contains Griffonia (5-HTP), a precursor to serotonin which the body uses to synthesise melatonin. It also contains passionflower and California poppy to help maintain a good quality of sleep.
3. Restorative sleep: The third layer, containing valerian and lemon balm, is released gradually and promotes relaxation for a restorative night’s sleep.
Composition
Melatonin 1.95 mg, Black pepper 5 mg, Vitamin B6 1.4 mg, Vitamin D 5 mcg and extracts of: Griffonia 30 mg, Passionflower 100 mg, Poppy 100 mg, Lemon Balm 100 mg and Valerian 100 mg.
Directions for use
1 tablet a day, half an hour before going to bed.

Do not use this product if you are hypersensitive to any of its ingredients. For use from the age of 12.
